Lets Cook

Cook on traditional wood fired stoves, grills and tandoor, the way food is still cooked in large parts of rural India. You can book a lunch cooking session lunch for you and your friends, a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 8 people, where you will mix spices, create marinades, make masalas and cook recipes from homes in the South West coast of India

Priced at €75 per person. Masala chai or south Indian coffee on arrival, we will go through the recipes and ingredients which we will use and then cook as a group so we can all see what each of us is doing. We can then sit down and eat what we’ve cooked, drinks included.
