Main course — Chicken Rogan Josh, a fragrant Kashmiri curry simmered in a vibrant red yoghurt-and-tomato sauce infused with cardamom, fennel and Kashmiri chilli, served with Biryani Masala Rice and Tandoori Roti with garlic butter and black onion seeds.

Dessert — Vanilla and cardamom panna cotta with chocolate, almond and pistachios.
